Grass Fed Lamb Shank w/Portobellos on Pasta
A decades long fave of a Gardens'-falling-off-the-bone tender braised lamb shank, with a succulent portobellos and diced fresh romas on a bed of whole wheat organic spaghetini. We enjoy ours with Kotsifali! We can also suggest on tap Mirror Pond Ale!

Fire-grilled Lamb Riblets
After 5pm! Marinated in Petimezi*, Greek EVO oil, and sherry vinegar, garlic, mint these tender lamb chops from Hidden Stream Farm are flame grilled to order, drizzled with more Petimezi sauce, sprinkled with a chiffonade of basil and mint, served on cumin scented jasmine rice with a side of mustard and mint yogurt. We paired ours with Roditis, Nemea and Oenodea for a perfect light and tasty meal!
*Petimezi is a traditional sweetener made from the reduction of MUST, the pressed juice of grapes. Often referred to as Grape Molasses

From Tender Care and Hidden Stream Farms--pork shoulder, jowl and loin sliced, dry rubbed, stacked and vertically broiled. They should have it this good in GREECE! Served on an open pita w/Tzatziki and a pile of fries OR wrapped as a sandwich!
Don't want to commit to a full entree--try the sharable appetizer saganaki--sliced into a saganaki pan with quarters of pita, onions, and sides of tzatziki and yogurt mustard sauce.
There's not much else to decide other than a Summit Winter Ale on tap, a Lafkioti Rodamo or the pale, dry rose, Kendros by Lyrarakis!
